All visits are by appointment only. New clients begin with a cleaning appointment prior to seeing the dentist. You may be placed on a waiting list and called as space becomes available. Children under 18 will be treated with written permission from a parent of legal guardian who must also be in attendance.
Examinations by the dentist are usually scheduled separately from hygiene appointments during day and evening hours. At the time of the examination, a written treatment plan will be done including time and cost. If additional work is needed, requiring more than one appointment, a copy will be sent to you.
Confirmation Policy: Confirmation of your appointment is required no later than noon of the preceding work day via phone at: 612-374-4089 EXT: 206.
All failures or last minute cancellations (within 48 hours) are documented and more than two failures to show up or excessive same-day cancellations may result in client dismissal.
If you elect to complete treatment elsewhere, please inform us. Requests for X-Ray or record transfers must be in writing or you may call ahead and have them prepared for pick-up. You will then be asked to sign the release form. We will need one week notice to prepare records.
