Rape Survivors Support Group for Women
This free group offers women 18 and older a safe space to talk about their experience with sexual assault. We meet every week to offer encouragement and support as fellow survivors. During group, we talk about how sexual assault has affected group members, how members are healing and moving forward. The group is facilitated by trained volunteers. It is a drop-in group: you may come as often as you like, but we encourage you to try the group out for 3-4 times at the beginning. We meet Wednesday evenings, on the second floor in room 201 from 5:30 to 7:00 at the South Office. This is a free service. Rape Survivors Drop In Support Group for Men
This group offers men 18 and older a safe space to begin talking about their experience and receive support from others. The group is facilitated by a male survivor and a professional volunteer. No commitment, no fees. We meet Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30. This is a free service. Short-Term Sexual Abuse Therapy Groups
This group offers 8 weeks of structured meetings for adult survivors of sexual abuse and assault. There are separate groups for men and women. Each week focuses on a different topic of daily living that may have been impacted by sexual victimization. The themes include self-esteem, psychological defenses, coping styles, communication skills, sexuality and feelings. A brief homework assignment is handed out each week and is intended to help members clarify the impact of sexual trauma in their lives. Women's Short-Term Sexual Abuse Group

Fees are negotiated on a sliding scale which considers a client’s income and ability to pay. Some insurance plans are accepted. If a client's insurance is not accepted they are welcome to use the fee scale for fee assessment. |
Long-Term Sexual Abuse Therapy Groups
Therapy group for adult survivors of abuse and assault. The groups offer a supportive place where members can talk in depth about their experiences, receive support, learn better coping strategies, regain trust in others and increase relationship skills. There are separate groups for men and women survivors. The groups are co-facilitated by licensed staff with training and experience in the impact of sexual victimization.
